Escaldes-Engordany - 21 December 2020. José Luis Dorado, managing director of Vall Banc, Sergi Martín, general manager of Vall Banc Business, and the legal representatives of Andorran tennis player Vicky Jiménez Kasintseva, her parents Joan Jiménez Guerra and Yulia Kasintseva Viktorovna, have signed a sponsorship agreement for 2021, 2022 and 2023.
This will be the bank’s main sports sponsorship over the next three years. The general manager of Business highlighted that “Vall Banc is proud to support the woman regarded worldwide as the female player with the highest international profile”. In this regard, Mr Martín emphasised that Vicky represents the values the bank seeks to promote “because she’s young, she’s talented and she’s a woman”.
Ms Jiménez thanked Vall Banc for its support and commented that “I really appreciate this sponsorship, as it’s sure to enhance my sporting plans over the coming years”. Among the goals she has set herself, the player pointed out that “after a 2020 full of success I hope to continue my progress, combining the best tournaments on the ITF junior circuit and the professional circuit. I’m really excited about starting 2021 by competing in the preliminary phase of the Australian Open, which I can enter because I won the junior tournament this year and received an invitation from the organisers”.
Vall Banc is launching a new line of sponsorships for 2021 featuring young people and talent. However, as it has already announced, it will maintain other sponsorships that continue to promote these values, including the rugby school.
